❌ Cancellation policy

📍 Dog boarding & YourPet Camps
🕒 Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
💰 Less than 7 days: 50% of the total amount will be retained.

📍 Daycare
🕒 Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
💰 Less than 72h: 20% of the total amount will be retained.

🕒 Pick-up / Drop-off hours

Every day:
🕗 08:00 – 12:00
🕓 15:00 – 20:00
Please note: our furry house close at 20:00 out of consideration for both our furry friends and ourselves, so everyone can enjoy a calm, restful evening.

🗓️ Only the two of us take care of your furry friend, which is why spots fill up quickly.
🐶 We accept a maximum of 2 dogs at a time to keep things peaceful and personalized. More than 2 pets will only be welcomed if they belong to the same household.
